In order to develop Leaders, we guide the Boy Scouts to decide
what to do, plan, and lead the activities. Adult leaders provide
support... logistics support,
training, and supervision. Adults should only step in for legal/safety
matters. (how else
can we expect them to grow?). Together we go and have fun. The
leadership model we wish to emulate is a Positive Servant Leader.
Our
Boy Scout Outdoor Program includes a broad range of activities as:
Hiking, Cycling, Mountain Biking, Camping, Canoeing, Backpacking,
Zip Lines, COPE, Rappelling, Wilderness Survival and primitive
skills, Fishing,
Cycling, Electronics, Electricity, Engineering, Citizenship (Community,

Courts of Honor
Order of the Arrow (Scouting’s National Honor Society)
Recognize those who best exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their
daily lives and through that recognition cause others to conduct
themselves in a way that warrants similar recognition. "An
Arrowman's primary responsibility is the troop...those that elected
you.. to them you should devote most of your service."
